As an independent media source, we are dedicated to shedding light on the injustices within the California family court system. With a bold commitment to transparency, accountability, and reform, we provide a powerful platform for families across the state to share their stories, express their struggles, and demand justice. Our mission is to not only advocate for the creation of an independent oversight committee to review child custody investigations, but to also give a voice to the families who have been silenced and victimized by the system. We believe that everyone deserves to be heard, and through our work, we provide the mic for those who have long been ignored.

Our non-profit 501c3 foundation isn’t just about sharing information — it’s about creating impact. We are a recognized independent media movement that covers the experiences of families statewide, shining a light on the corruption and political influence that taint our family courts. Together, we will push for systemic change, holding those in power accountable for their actions, and bringing much-needed transparency to the decision-making processes that affect families every day.

California Family Law Naked Truth is committed to more than just advocacy — we are using media, investigations, and political engagement to ignite lasting reform. We aim to bring hope and justice back to the families who need it most. We are here to fight for change, empower the voiceless, and transform the family court system to put children's best interests first.

Our Oversight Court Watchers have been working continuously throughout California as they attend Family Court cases, watching every move the Judges, Appointees of the court, Attorneys, Guardian ad Litem, Minors Counsel, Therapists and others are working for the people of California and making sure they are consistent in looking out for the best interest of the children & families.
