Donations, Funding, and Use of Funds Policy: California Family Law Naked Truth
is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.

administrative needs, travel, documentation, technology, communications, and other
lawful nonprofit activities of California Family Law Naked Truth.
California Family Law Naked Truth may compensate Oversight Court Watchers, media
workers, administrative support, contractors, consultants, investigators, or other
individuals who provide services to support the organization’s mission.
Our Oversight Court Watchers may attend family court, probate court, and, when
appropriate, criminal court proceedings throughout California to observe, document,
and help promote public accountability within the judicial system.
Donations made to California Family Law Naked Truth do not purchase legal services,
legal representation, guaranteed court-watching attendance, guaranteed media
coverage, guaranteed advocacy, guaranteed publication, or any promised outcome in
a court case or legal matter.
A donation or contribution does not create a client relationship, attorney-client
relationship, agency relationship, or guarantee that California Family Law Naked Truth
will take specific action in any individual case.
Families and supporters may choose to contribute financially because they believe in
our work, want to support court-watching efforts, want to support public awareness, or
want to participate in the movement for transparency and reform.
California Family Law Naked Truth reserves the right to accept, decline, return, or
restrict donations at its discretion, especially if a donation creates a conflict of interest,
appears to compromise the independence of our work, or is inconsistent with our

Story and Document Submission Policy: Families may choose to submit stories,
documents, court orders, transcripts, videos, audio recordings, public records,
photographs, or other materials to California Family Law Naked Truth.
By submitting information or materials to us, you confirm that the information is being
provided voluntarily, that you have the right to share it, and that the information is
truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You understand that California Family Law Naked Truth may review, investigate,

court proceedings throughout California.
Court watchers are expected to act respectfully, peacefully, lawfully, and professionally.
Court watchers do not interfere with court proceedings, give legal advice, represent
parties, disrupt hearings, threaten individuals, or violate court rules.
California Family Law Naked Truth may compensate Oversight Court Watchers for their
time, travel, documentation, reporting, and participation in court-watching efforts.
Court-watching observations may be used to identify patterns, report concerns,
educate the public, and support calls for transparency and reform.
California Family Law Naked Truth believes that public courtrooms should remain
accountable to the people they serve.
Public Records and Public Interest Notice: California Family Law Naked Truth
may discuss information obtained from public records, public hearings, court
observations, publicly available documents, media reports, government websites,
public statements, interviews, and voluntary submissions.
Matters involving judges, attorneys, court appointees, minor’s counsel, guardians ad
litem, monitors, therapists, evaluators, public officials, and court-connected
professionals may be discussed as matters of public concern.
