Our mission is to provide families with a voice, bring public awareness to patterns of

concern, support transparency, encourage accountability, operate court-watching

efforts throughout California, and advocate for meaningful reform that protects

children, families, elders, and vulnerable individuals.


By using this website, submitting information, making a donation, participating in

interviews, sharing documents, attending events, communicating with California Family

Law Naked Truth, or engaging with our media platforms, you acknowledge and agree

to the following policies.


Independent Media and Advocacy Notice: California Family Law Naked Truth

operates as an independent media, advocacy, child custody reform, and nonprofit

public awareness organization.


We report on family court, probate court, and related judicial concerns, including public

records, personal stories, court-watching observations, patterns reported by families,

and matters of public interest.


Our work may include commentary, interviews, public education, oversight court

watching, media coverage, public awareness campaigns, and advocacy for court

reform.


California Family Law Naked Truth is not a court, law firm, government agency,

investigative agency, law enforcement agency, or emergency service.


Not Legal Advice: California Family Law Naked Truth does not provide legal

court-watching discussions, videos, emails, messages, or public statements is for

informational, educational, media, and advocacy purposes only.

Donations, Funding, and Use of Funds Policy: California Family Law Naked Truth

is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.


We may accept donations, grants, sponsorships, contributions, and other forms of

financial support from individuals, families, supporters, private donors, charitable

organizations, businesses, foundations, and larger organizations that support our

mission of transparency, accountability, public awareness, court watching, media

coverage, and reform within California family court, probate court, and related court-

connected systems.


All donations and contributions are used to support the mission, programs, operations,

advocacy work, media work, court-watching efforts, public education, outreach,

administrative needs, travel, documentation, technology, communications, and other

lawful nonprofit activities of California Family Law Naked Truth.


California Family Law Naked Truth may compensate Oversight Court Watchers, media

workers, administrative support, contractors, consultants, investigators, or other

individuals who provide services to support the organization’s mission.


Our Oversight Court Watchers may attend family court, probate court, and, when

appropriate, criminal court proceedings throughout California to observe, document,

and help promote public accountability within the judicial system.


Donations made to California Family Law Naked Truth do not purchase legal services,

legal representation, guaranteed court-watching attendance, guaranteed media

coverage, guaranteed advocacy, guaranteed publication, or any promised outcome in

a court case or legal matter.


A donation or contribution does not create a client relationship, attorney-client

relationship, agency relationship, or guarantee that California Family Law Naked Truth

will take specific action in any individual case.


Families and supporters may choose to contribute financially because they believe in

our work, want to support court-watching efforts, want to support public awareness, or

want to participate in the movement for transparency and reform.


California Family Law Naked Truth reserves the right to accept, decline, return, or

restrict donations at its discretion, especially if a donation creates a conflict of interest,

appears to compromise the independence of our work, or is inconsistent with our

mission.


We are committed to using funds responsibly to support our nonprofit purpose and

statewide mission.


Story and Document Submission Policy: Families may choose to submit stories,

documents, court orders, transcripts, videos, audio recordings, public records,

photographs, or other materials to California Family Law Naked Truth.


By submitting information or materials to us, you confirm that the information is being

provided voluntarily, that you have the right to share it, and that the information is

truthful to the best of your knowledge.


You understand that California Family Law Naked Truth may review, investigate,

summarize, discuss, publish, or decline to publish submitted materials.


Submission does not guarantee publication, media coverage, court-watching support,

advocacy, investigation, or action by California Family Law Naked Truth.


We reserve the right to edit, summarize, redact, decline, remove, or withhold content at

our discretion.


Privacy and Confidentiality Notice: California Family Law Naked Truth respects

the privacy and safety of families, children, survivors, and vulnerable individuals.


However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality when information is submitted

through websites, email, social media, text messages, online forms, or third-party

platforms.


Please do not submit sensitive, confidential, sealed, restricted, or legally protected

information unless you understand the risks and have the legal right to share it.


This may include children’s private information, sealed court records, confidential

custody evaluations, juvenile records, medical records, therapy records, restraining

order details, private addresses, Social Security numbers, financial account

information, or information protected by court order.


California Family Law Naked Truth may redact names, identifying details, children’s

information, addresses, and sensitive documents when appropriate.


The safety of children and families is important to us, and we encourage all users to

Court Watching Policy: California Family Law Naked Truth Oversight Court

Watchers attend court proceedings for observation, public accountability,

documentation, and awareness.


Court watchers may attend family court, probate court, and, when appropriate, criminal

court proceedings throughout California.


Court watchers are expected to act respectfully, peacefully, lawfully, and professionally.


Court watchers do not interfere with court proceedings, give legal advice, represent

parties, disrupt hearings, threaten individuals, or violate court rules.


California Family Law Naked Truth may compensate Oversight Court Watchers for their

time, travel, documentation, reporting, and participation in court-watching efforts.


Court-watching observations may be used to identify patterns, report concerns,

educate the public, and support calls for transparency and reform.


California Family Law Naked Truth believes that public courtrooms should remain

accountable to the people they serve.


Public Records and Public Interest Notice: California Family Law Naked Truth

may discuss information obtained from public records, public hearings, court

observations, publicly available documents, media reports, government websites,

public statements, interviews, and voluntary submissions.


Matters involving judges, attorneys, court appointees, minor’s counsel, guardians ad

litem, monitors, therapists, evaluators, public officials, and court-connected

professionals may be discussed as matters of public concern.


We support the public’s right to question government systems, court conduct, public

officials, and taxpayer-funded institutions.


Content Moderation Policy: California Family Law Naked Truth reserves the right

to remove, reject, block, report, or refuse any content, comment, message,

submission, or participation that includes threats of violence, harassment, hate

speech, knowingly false information, doxxing, unsafe personal information, child

endangerment, unlawfully posted confidential records, spam, scams,

intimidation, or unlawful conduct.


We believe in bold speech, public accountability, and strong advocacy, but we do not

support violence, threats, stalking, harassment, or unlawful behavior.


No Guarantee of Outcome: California Family Law Naked Truth works to bring

awareness, accountability, and public pressure to issues within the family court

and probate court systems.


However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any court case, custody matter, probate

matter, criminal matter, complaint, investigation, election, public campaign, or legal

proceeding.


Any positive outcome depends on many factors, including evidence, law, court

procedure, attorneys, judges, public pressure, documentation, and the actions of the

parties involved.


Financial contributions, donations, or payments made to California Family Law Naked

Truth do not guarantee any outcome, court result, investigation, media coverage,

court-watching appearance, public statement, or specific action by the organization.


Our role is to educate, expose, support awareness, and advocate for reform.


Political and Public Accountability Notice: California Family Law Naked Truth

attorneys, supervisors, attorneys general, lawmakers, and all individuals seeking

public office.
